What we do
Buyers give us the requirement.
We structure the search around it, research relevant property and land, remove weak candidates and privately approach the relevant party where appropriate.
Owners and their advisers can also bring situations to us directly for assessment against relevant acquisition demand.
What we are not
Offlisted is not a public listings marketplace.
A property appearing relevant does not mean it is for sale or available. Nothing is presented as available unless that has actually been established.
