Briefs are reviewed by a person. If a requirement is outside what we can originate, we'll tell you.
What happens next
You won't receive a feed of property leads.
If we find a site that looks right, we'll tell you what it is and why we think it fits. We then approach the owner, and introduce you if they're open to a conversation.
What Offlisted is not
Offlisted is not a public property portal and does not simply forward whatever is listed.
A site that fits your brief isn't necessarily for sale. We establish whether there's enough to justify a private conversation, and whether there's a sensible route to the owner.
